GOODYEAR AUTOCARE CAR SERVICE CASTLE HILL - CASTLE HILL, NSW

Unfortunately my first impression and experience with Goodyear Autocare Castle Hill, was more disappointing then anything. I was visiting the area staying in a local hotel up the road. I had hired a vehicle during my visit and parked it in the car park. The next morning, I'd returned to the car and noticed the front right tire was a little deflated. It was found later to be caused by a small flat head screw which had penetrated the tire. Knowing it was a simple puncture I popped in to see the team at Castle Hill to get this repaired. The team were very friendly on arrival, and were able to do the repair straight away as it was fairly quite. They then took the car below to begin repairing the tire, and after about 20 -25 mins I was informed by the reception area of the diagnosis. The Tire was going to require replacing due to weakness of the sidewalls caused by damage while driving, but the worst part was the run flat inside the rim was severely damage and would need to be replaced. This was all a little bursar, has I had only driven some 80 meters from the car park, no faster then 25-30 kms, on a semi deflated tire. They informed me of this and said they had a tire, but would need to order the run flat in, which would be here until the following day at a cost total cost $940 -fitted and balanced. I had ask to see this 'run flat' but the mechanic had already discarded it, and placed on the spare wheel (swap rear wheel to front and put space saver on rear station). knowing this info I questioned the reception who rung the mechanic to clarify. This went on for about 10mins, when I explained they cease work on the vehicle. I said I wasn't going to continue with there service and ask if there was a cost for changing out the spare. ? they replied No. I then hop into my vehicle and pop round to Bob Jane T Mart -Castle Hill, who done the repair (puncture) in 45mins fitted and balance , and for total cost of $22 with a 5 mil flat head screw as a souvenir. The added bonus was 10 mins later the lads at Bob Jane T Mart -received a small token of appreciation compliments of the Hills tavern.

I had very bad experience due to they lie me. I went for free Tyre rotation service provided by me when I bought 4 Goodyear Tyres. one hour after they were confirm me that service was done. But I have realized it was not done. I have identified by racked marks on my wheels. Onece I complained the guy in main desk try to show me video footage..But he couldent.. its lie .. Still I am waiting for this..
