To be honest, I have been filling up petrol here since it opens in 2014. because it is on my way to work. But today this has been changed. The counter staff K**** is very rude. He has charged wrong amount for the guy in front of me. Then issued a weird receipt to me. 1. I filled up with normal 91 unleaded, on the receipt is V-Power; 2. I filled up at pump 1, on the receipt is charging for Pump 2; 3. My total amount was around $78, but the total amount on the receipt is $88.21 When I raised my concerns, He started to blame me – because you didn't go straight to the counter to pay for your petrol after you filled up! What a ridiculous reason to blame the customer! What if you need to shop around in the store or make a cup of coffee?! Should all the other customers wait in the line until you pay for your petrol!? Won't go there again, SO RUDE STAFF NAMED K****!!!
