GREEN HAND CAR WASH - HURSTVILLE, NSW

I went to this carwash a little after 12, waited 2.5 hours.... When i first got there one of the staff gave me a ticket and asked for my moblie number. To be fair i expected an hours wait max.. After 2.5 hrs waiting i decided to head over and see what could possibly be taking so long ! As i got there i saw my car sitting there clean so i headed straight for the same staff member and asked how long it had been ready. Im not sure if she understood or didnt hear my question but then i asked did you try contact me ? And very bluntly she amswered, no. As i was leaving i told her i was waiting for 2.5hrs and all she said again with no emotion, sorry. As this is my only day off im appalled by this service. Never coming here again !
