Hi I'm very upset with Dan at Jones Lang LaSalle North Sydney. I've leased a building for 10 years & a few weeks ago signed a Heads of agreement to lease the building for another 5+5 but he still refuses to remove the prominent "for lease" sign that was put up 6 months prior to the lease expiration. Every day I'm losing money from gift voucher sales as many people now believe my business is going out of business!! Dan even refuses to speak to me- I'm the sole Director of the company! A friend was negotiating with Dan for me as he is so rude & abusive with me! now he has done the same with my friend!! I'm confused! Is this even legal, let alone ethical business practice? I have asked politely to have the sign removed, why is it still there & my emails ignored??? Maryanne, super stressed day spa business owner.
