AUSTRALIA POST STRATHFIELD BULK LODGEMENT CEN - STRATHFIELD, NSW

This is a disgusting and corrupt place to work under. Me and my friend were sexually harassed here, it was reported to the floor manager, Rowena, as we explained the situation, she shook her head and said ‘You don’t know him, he wouldn’t do that.’. This was escalated, reporting the sexual harassment incident and how she handled the situation.

I was spoken to later by a shorter fat brown man wearing glasses and he told me I would still need to take orders under Rowena, despite feeling traumatised by her and how she handled the situation. He explained that she had denied the claims of sexual harassment and that she said anything of the things mentioned above. He said ‘she has been working here for 22 years. What makes you think this would change? Why would she not show up to work after that incident? I quit after this.

This is an incredibly toxic and corrupted work environment and I do not wish to happen to experience this.
Rowena, is cold and apathetic and definitely should not be in any level of management, let alone be in this role.

Apparently the Australian post office workers know nothing about common decency towards other people. Not only did I come home to find my wife's Valentine card bent in half and stuffed into the post box (This is obviously because the person who delivered is a lazy waste of space and didn't want to spend a minute to write that I needed to collect from post office) but then, when I rang the Strathfield post office to make a complaint, I had to wait 32 minutes on hold before they HUNG UP ON ME. I will be taking this to the Auburn council. I can promise you that

I sent an express post mail envelope on the 25/10/12 and it still has not been delivered to Parramatta, it is still at Strathfield, thia has happened to me twice now the last express envelope took 2 weeks to get to its destination.
