Our family has been very disappointed with the home support service. They have shown very little respect or care for our elderly mother. Inconsistency of care with numerous different carers; backpackers with no car; carers nearly as old as our mother; poor communication with family; disrespectful attitude. We just wanted our mother to have consistency of care of care and to be treated with respect. This was not the case with Kinder Caring Sydney.
