IGA NORTH BUDERIM - BUDERIM, QLD

I am so disappointed with the "management' of IGA Pittards Road, North Buderim. Several months ago I suffered food poisoning from some Roast Pork I purchased at this store. I approached the owner/manager regarding this in a cordial manner but he appeared non concerned and brushed me aside. I am now sorry I did not take this matter further. Just today, I was charged $2.40 more than I was yesterday for a packet of cigarettes. On returning home I attempted to ring the manager to enquire why this price difference occurred. I spoke to a person called Scott who refused to put me through to the owner/manager. In the end Scott claimed that I was talking to the Noosa branch of IGA and that I had obviously rang the wrong store and he then hung up on me. I have checked with Telstra and I did NOT ring the wrong store. I have always wanted to support the smaller stores but this experience has lead me to believe that bigger is better because at least they admit their mistakes and refund or compensate for errors.
