Inala East post office has by far the most horrible and nasty service I have EVER received. These people should simply NOT have a license to run an Australia Post outlet. Without reason they are incredibly rude to their customers at a shocking level!
Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a parcel sent there, and went for the first time. At first I couldn't even tell that it was a post office. The lady that served me was terribly rude, I am absolutely appalled. I promised myself that I would never go back but had a parcel sent there today. Not looking forward to it at all!!!!!!
Moved away and came back 3 years later. Just as bad as before - rude, arrogant staff that don't keep accurate records. I was told that an important parcel had been collected by someone else (I say 'told' but she practically yelled at me) only to find that they were in with a bunch of other packages. She never checks the actual item numbers and then tells me that things have been collected. Not just bad customer service but untrustworthy
