JARVIS SUBARU , ADELAIDE, - ADELAIDE, SA

I booked my first (and last) service with Jarvis Used cars this week. I have a 2010 Nissan Patrol and part of the 3 years Jarvis warranty is that every 10,00- km or 6 months I have to take the car to them for the service.
The service over the phone was great, the girls explained all the checks. Nice!
The reality is that in 5 hrs they just replaced the oil and the filter.
I told them that in the morning one my stop light was not working and one of the reverse light was not working as well and the hand brake need some adjusting.
Right ... when I picked up the vehicle they told me that those light were not working ... really? Did you replaced them? ... No? Why? They did replace the stop light but not the reverse light ... Hand brake? Still need adjusting ... Did you checked the air con? I told you that he may need some gas ... No Sir, we did not checked ...
So I spent $299 for what? Oil and Filter?? And a nice bottle of fresh water offered by the nice dressed receptionist?
Once back to Kangaroo Island I checked by my self the air filter ... yeah right! Full of dust and bees??
So I'm sorry guys from Jervis Used Cars, I will never take my vehicle back, I will prefer loose my "free" 3 years warranty and have my vehicle checked here in KI where at least my mechanic is doing his job ... I will prefer loose the warranty but be sure that the service is done by the book and that if I ask something the mechanic will do it ... and I will pay for it!
By the way Why you stamped the 85,000 km page on the service book when I took the car for the 90,000 km service?
And when I called today they told that it is not important, they did not the 85,000 service anyway, they did only the fixed service ...
I will never recommend this service to anyone, sorry but I suspect the guys at Jervis Subaru in Adelaide are too busy to sell new subarus then take care of my second hand Nissan!
