I bought a Mercedes from SRS Motors Dandenong
VIC 3175 Steve Rundel with 1 year warranty.
The first problem was that the hook of the
Towing bar was not in the car. After 2 weeks
back and forward they told me to buy one and
they will pay me back. Never happen.
4 weeks ago the fuel pump was giving up and
same story. Bring it somewhere and we will
pay for it. You guessed it. Never happen.
S.... R..... 0418 375 899 told me a few times
now "the check is in the mail, I will do it
first thing in the morning, I am just back
from Adelaide, I will do it when I am in the
office, I am just doing it now"
guess what ?
4 weeks later, still no money. So, if you
thinking about buying a car from SRS
Motors..... dont't. And if you still think
you like to buy a car there, just have every
thing in writing. I mean every thing. Don't
take promises on phone, confirm by email. You
cant trust him (or M...). If you pick up the
car, take you time and check every thing,
before you pay. Just be very, very car full,
when you have to deal with them. There word
is absolutely worthless.
