THE POWER HOUSE FUNCTION CENTRE - MELBOURNE, VIC

When we booked this venue we thought we were on to a winning evening - fantastic location, great view and good shaped room.

Shame that the running of the venue doesn't match up. Some tables did not recieve drink service and were required to fill there own wine and even head to the bar when they had run out despite there being table service.

We were not communicated a point of contact and staff were all dressed in different attrie.

Possibly the most frustrating thing was an agreed to running sheet that was not adhered to and the band we booked did not recieve the meals for them prior to playing as had been agreed.

It's these things that make a function appear professional and run smoothly and unfortuantly just weren't up to the level of places we had previously utalised.
