I used Cleaners Melbourne yesterday for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. I made the appointment originally by email and gave them all the details. They were great by phone as well when they called for confirmations. Our two cleaners were absolutely fantastic and cleaned our house within an inch of its life. They even cleaned the ashes out of the fireplaces. I will definitely use them again!
Super happy with my services! I really needed my bathroom scrubbed, kitchen & floors cleaned. All cleaning was complete beyond my standards!!! These ladies where on time and do an amazing job with friendly service! I give their services 5 stars and will be using them next week too.
For starters the website is well designed, user friendly and you can make appointments, very helpful! Then to the cleaning, they don't use harsh chemicals which is a big deal for me since I have a dog. I was at work when they cleaned my place and felt completely comfortable leaving them a key. When I got home that day, it was like walking into a different apartment. It didn't smell like chemicals, but it smelled clean and still smells clean even though it's been over a week!
They're very friendly and professional. The
team came to my house were so detail oriented
and efficient. Their main office staff are
always accommodating with quick response.
Overall, my girlfriend and I are very happy
