My mum called Grey Army and asked for a tiler and a painter. They sent out a handyman who botched the job so badly she's going to have to pay almost twice as much to fix it. The franchisee said he'd send out a different contractor then changed his mind. Spent months trying to get him to agree to have the original contractor repair the work to a decent standard. Had independant painters come to quote and one offered to testify in court for free if we decided to sue becuase it was so bad. Sent email to the National Office and they told me that the local franchisee was dealing with it and refused to get involved. Classy. Avoid if at all possible.
