I can't even tell you whether their work is good or not, as i didn't even get past the phone conversation with them. In short, he was rude (he actually yelled at me) as he expected me to tell him everything that was wrong with the roof, the work required to be done, the size, & proceeded to quote me over the phone with the expectation that i commit. I was under the impression that a professional tradesman comes out & provides you with a proper quote & summary of what is required to restore the roof. Not this mob, as i said, he actually yelled at me. I think he expected me to just accept his terms & pay him without him even coming out to my home to have a look first. Never have i dealt with a more unprofessional, arrogant & rude tradesperson. I can only imagine what his work would be like.
This company is great and offers a good service for genuine roof restoration and proper work. I have been in business for 17 years and have never spoke to this person called "Richard".
