BMW Bodyshop repiars are crap I had my vehicle in for repairs are few times and the service and attitude of this place is so poor that I have been turned off purchasing another BMW for the rest of my life. I have just recently purchased a Mercedes and the customer service is outstanding. My vehicle needed repairs to the front bumper and front bonet when I went to pick up the vehicle and inspected the repair I saw lots of chips and marks on the bonet which were not there in the begining. I then told J*** L***** and he then tells me that it was not included in the assesment for the insurance claim is he on my side to have my vehicle repaired, or on the insurance company's side. Think twice if you want to use these guys there are planty of other repairs who use genuine BMW products to repair your vehicle who knows about customer service.
