I called and made a time for a quote two weeks ahead. i explained what I wanted - roman blinds on a cord with a pelmet. They called me three times trying to change the time. When they came out to measure and quote he was offensive burping and was ill prepared and bought no fabric samples, then told me I would have to go and source my own- something that should have been explained over the phone. I called back to the office and the woman was rude and started yelling at me - forgetting I was the customer. It is their job to understand the mechanics of how many folds would be needed in a blind and the difference between a padded pelmet (fabric covered) and a normal pelmet. I would never, ever use them. What was even more shocking was their blatant disregard for customer service and how rude they were.
