Took half a day off work to take Mum to this place. The reception lady S... was lovely but the place is poorly run. Mum had been fasting since the night before, I had only had breakfast (I'm 30wks pregnant). Only when we got up to get a refund and leave after waiting over 2 hours did they get a nurse to us (3PM by then). They had the cheek to tell us we had been late to our appointment (we hadn't) and kept stalling us when we repeatedly asked for a refund. Apparently overly long waits for procedures are very common at this 'day hospital' and they make no apology. Book elsewhere!
