I was very happy that I found BMT Valuers of Melbourne. They were a great down to earth bunch. They assisted be with several Valuations and also a Taxation Depreciation Schedule. My plan next is to use them as a Sellers Advocate to get the best price for my property. After that to further save me some cash getting them to negotiate my next home as my Buyers Advocate. They have some great testimonials, plus one I also sent them along these lines. I think they are great guys that are making me look like a real property expert to my wife, friends and family.
