When you find a contractor you can trust, hang onto him! The first thing that impressed me about Richard Clancy was his approach to the job -- he came up with a better solution to my dry rot problem than the other two contractors who bid, and he saved me a substantial amount of time and money. I was also very impressed by his crew -- he put two highly-skilled carpenters on my job, and they seemed to know exactly how to do the job right. The finished product looks excellent, and I am confident that it will last. Even the clean-up was great. John managed the permit process, and worked with me on price and I was satisfied with the final invoice. I am looking forward to working with Brosna Construction again!

I recently purchased a building with two separate garages. The garage floors, now over 80 years old had never been repaved. Gonzalez Concrete was very prompt in giving us an estimate and professional in their follow. The owner, Richard was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about our requirements. The garages were completely repaved within the week and turned out perfect. His staff also replace a damaged drain pipe under the garage. I would gladly refer any one to Brosna Construction.

He listened to what we what we wanted to do, understood our goals of both replacing the sidewalk and reducing the pitch of the apron (my car was scraping the apron as I backed out of the garage). Of the three estimates we got his was very competitive and was all inclusive (some others wanted to charge separately for getting the permits. Mr. Richard included everything in his bid). After we accepted his bid the date was set, the crew arrived on time, the time estimate of two days was met and the area was protected from taggers and re-routed for sidewalk traffic. The crew cleaned up the area completely when they were done. The result is really beautiful and my car doesn't scrap anymore. A very pleasurable experience. Thank You.

I hired Brosna Construction to fix substantial water damage that occurred to my house in the outer Richmond when a drainpipe leaked. Richard and his crew were totally professional, and did a wonderful job, which required scaffolding on the street, re-stucco and painting, in addition to taking out the rot and re-framing the front facade. The price was very fair, in fact I was quite pleased how reasonable it was for such a large job. They were awesome, and I would highly recommend Brosna Construction for all your construction needs!
