CHEVEUX BY MARC HAIR AND BEAUTY - PERTH, WA

Do not go to this hairdresser!!!!! I went on a friday night at 5pm, showed the manager a picture of exactly what I wanted and she advised that it could be done. 'It won't look exactly like that but it will be close' is what she said. I said, as long as there is no red or brassy gold tones in the colour, I was comfortable witht this. She then proceeded to put a brown colour in my hair to even out the blonde I had in there already, then started to cut my hair. I asked if she was going to put the blonde in now and she responded no that's not what we discussed, she said she thought she was just toning down what I had already???? I explained to her again, that I wanted balyage and showed her the picture once more. She then got frustrated and things went down hill from there. I asked for natural blonde balyage and received a red/brassy blonde colour that was uneven (more blond on the left than on the right). Because it was getting past the time that they close, she was doing a very rushed job so that she could get out the door. She only put the toner in for 1 minute whilst at the basin, which I was later advised by another hairdresser it should have been on for at least 20minutes. She was very rough with the washing/brushing of my hair and then once she had done the colour, asked if I still wanted my hair cut?? Well, yes of course I do - that's why I came to the hairdresser. I was fuming by this stage and just wanted to get out of there, but I waited until she had finished, paid and walked out. I was so upset and didn't want to be there any longer as she had ruined my hair, so the next day I went to a proffessional hair dresser and got them to fix it up for me. I then sent them an email saying I was 100% unhappy with the service and would like a refund which she refused to give saying that I should have come back in to get it fixed. Yeah right - like I was going back there to get them to do more damage to my hair.... SHOCKING service - so rude and abnoxious.
